No. IdentoGO® and IDEMIA appointments must be scheduled through the official Tennessee portal so the correct service, agency and authorization are connected to your visit.

Are fingerprinting services mobile?+
No. IdentoGO® fingerprinting and enrollment services are performed in the authorized Johnson City office.
